Instructions
  1. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces, wash and dry. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of our slow cooker and turn on the frying mode, add meat and fry for 30 minutes (if there is no frying mode, turn on the baking mode)
  2. While the meat is being fried, cut the onion into half rings, carrots and celery into strips. Usually green radish is added to lagman (we don’t like it), so I added celery and didn’t regret it. It turned out to be unusual and fragrant!
  3. After 30 minutes, add onions, carrots and celery to the meat. To interfere.
  4. Then potato cubes and strips of bell pepper.
  5. Add spices, salt and pepper. Mix it.
  6. Then add tomato paste (if it is thick, you can dilute it with water).
  7. Add water depending on the desired density of the lagman, but not above the mark on the inside of the bowl. Close the lid tightly, set the extinguishing mode and simmer for 1.5 – 2 hours.
  8. While everything is stewing, boil the lagmannaya noodles.
  9. The wonderful aroma of this dish will gather your whole family in the kitchen. Ready.
