Cut the pepper pods in half, remove the core with the seeds, wash and cut into cubes.
Pick lettuce leaves (to taste) with your hands.
Peel the avocado and cut into cubes.
For salad dressing in a bowl (it’s convenient for me in a small jar), mix olive oil, soy sauce, juice of 1 lemon and mustard, close and whisk very well.
Sweet soy sauce is used for the salad.
We also cut the fish into cubes.
In a bowl, mix lettuce leaves, avocado, pepper, fish and cucumbers, pour over the dressing.
The salad turns out to be very tender and delicious, sweet and sour.
