Peel the avocado, remove the stone and cut into cubes. Cut the feta into small cubes as well.
Cherry tomatoes cut into quarters, peel the onion and cut into half rings.
Prepare a gas station. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Arugula is washed, dried and spread on a plate, onions are spread on top, then avocado, feta and tomatoes. Pour over the dressing before serving.
