A very delicious cake for lovers of coconut and chocolate: the taste is rich, a lot of coconut. Cook simply and quickly, with all the elegance of this dessert!
Mix coconut chips, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt.
Whisk the egg whites with sugar.
Mix the egg whites with the coconut mixture. Add the crushed chocolate.
The density can be adjusted depending on the amount of chips. It is important that in the end it was possible to form a hemisphere. Put them on a baking sheet (I made them with an ice cream spoon).
Bake at 180-200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Melt the chocolate and decorate the finished, completely cooled, cookies.
