Marshmallow Cake Recipe
I love recipes that can be said to be fast, cheap and delicious. This cake is exactly like that. I don’t like marshmallows, but when I first tried this dessert, I thought it was made of ice cream, and I was very surprised that there was marshmallows in the composition. It is done quickly, but you will have to wait overnight for the cake to get the right taste. In general, try it, especially those who do not like marshmallows.

  1. Place the cookies on a platter. Cookies are not sweet. Brush it with sour cream. You can just take sour cream out of the bag, or you can beat sour cream, but it will be very sweet.
  2. Cut the marshmallows as thinly as possible on a plate and put a layer on the cookies. Brush with sour cream.
  3. Arrange the marshmallows on the berries. I took the currant. Then again a layer of marshmallows, sour cream. I put cherries on the next layer of marshmallows. Maybe cranberries, raspberries, strawberries. You can’t combine it with a banana, you can combine it with apples or an orange. But the orange is bitter. I haven’t tried pineapple yet.
  4. Lay out the marshmallows to the end. The top can be decorated the way you want. You can use grated chocolate or coconut chips. Now put the cake in the refrigerator overnight. We dissolve marshmallows in sour cream and get a very gentle cream, from which you can’t drag it by the ears.
