  1. All ingredients for cooking – they must be at room temperature.
  2. Put the cream in the bowl of the mixer. butter, cocoa (3 tbsp.l.), condensed milk (not all) and whisk.
  3. Leave a little condensed milk at the bottom of the jar and add cocoa (1 tablespoon), mix – this will be the icing-decoration for the cake.
  4. Now it will take any shape, wrap it in plastic wrap and assemble the cake. The pastille should be cut in half lengthwise (marshmallows – each half in half). It is better to wet the knife in water, so it will be more convenient to cut. Spread in layers: cream caramel, cream caramel, etc. put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  5. When the cake is frozen, turn it over on a stand / dish, remove the film and spread evenly with cream. Then pour condensed milk mixed with cocoa from the jar (from step 3). Sprinkle walnuts on top. nuts, crumb cookies, confetti, etc.to for your taste.
