  1. Boil the potatoes in the broth with the addition of allspice, when the potatoes are ready, add the chopped garlic and cook it for another 1-2 minutes. Fry the bacon until crisp.
  2. Add soy sauce and cream to the finished potatoes.
  3. Puree until smooth.
  4. Pour the soup into a plate, add crispy bacon, grated cheese and herbs.
