Mashed Soup with Zucchini and Apple Recipe
Another recipe for diet vegetable soup with Apple and cream. I added a few cubes of poshehon cheese and 1 tsp of olive oil to the soup. Tender, delicious, healthy soup. Perfect for dieting and for those who are watching their figure and diet.

Salt to taste. Cook for another couple of minutes. Remove from the heat and puree. I used an immersion blender.
