- Pour 500 ml of water into a pan, bring to a boil and spread the vegetables: onions; carrots; zucchini; potatoes, add an Apple. Vegetables and Apple cut into random pieces. Cook everything until ready. This is about 13-15 minutes. Next, put the greens: dill and parsley, garlic, also cut at random so that it is easy to break them then with an immersion blender. Salt to taste. Cook for another couple of minutes. Remove from the heat and puree. I used an immersion blender.
