Mashed Potato Soup with Bacon Recipe
Anyone who loves potatoes will like this soup. To lose weight by the summer, potatoes are replaced with celery root.

Instructions
Potatoes (2 large ones) for speed, peel and cut into pieces, fill with water and put to cook.
Cut the leek into rings.
Cut the bacon and put it in a frying pan on the fire.
Lightly fry and add the leeks. I have some red onion, but it doesn’t matter.
Keep on low heat until the onion becomes soft.
When cooking potatoes, I added seasonings to the broth, but you can replace them with pre-cooked broth.
Then I drained the water from the potatoes. Add the roasting from the pan.
Add the peas.
Whisk with a blender.
All the broth had to be poured back. Or use broth.
Add the cream.
Stir and pour over the sweet soy sauce.
Yes, I added a few pieces of bacon that I left for decoration.
