  1. Peel the potatoes and put them to boil in salted water. Cut the bacon into small pieces and put it to fry. Finely chop the onion, also put it to fry, add salt. In the process of baking, squeeze garlic into the onion.
  2. When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water, add the egg, spices, fried onions. With a mixer, bring to a puree state, adding cream.
  3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add part of the puree. Also don’t forget about the bacon.
  4. When the puree becomes homogeneous, transfer it to a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and send it to the oven preheated to 180C.
  6. Remove from the oven when the cheese melts and acquires an appetizing golden color.
  7. Arrange the mashed potatoes on plates, add the green peas. Of course, meat bread is perfect as a main course! Enjoy your meal!
