- Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Mix sour cream, eggs, salt, pepper. At the bottom of the form break small pieces of melted butter. Put the potatoes, brisket with fried onions, 2/3 grated cheese. Pour the sour cream and egg mixture. Close the form with foil and put in the oven, preheated for 180 gr., for 40 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake until Golden brown.
