  1. In a container for frying, pour olive oil, wait for it to warm up
  2. Spread the minced meat, fry stirring for 5-7 minutes
  3. Chop the onion
  4. Add salt and pepper to the minced meat to taste
  5. Add the onion, mix, and continue to cook for another 20-25 minutes (until tender)
