Meat Salad Recipe
Bright, beautiful and delicious salad with meat and vegetables. Surrounded by tender broccoli and unique pomegranate, it will not leave you indifferent!

  1. Meat for salad I do this: in a bowl for marinating, mix 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and ground pepper. Cut the meat into steaks and marinate for a couple of hours. Then fry the steaks on both sides in a well-heated frying pan. You can cook the meat as you like. Boil the broccoli for 7 minutes, then put it in a colander and pour cold water over it. Allow excess liquid to drain.
  2. Salad dressing: mix oil, mustard, garlic salt and ground pepper. Mix thoroughly. If there is no garlic salt, then add garlic powder to the usual one. Cut the onion into half rings and marinate for 15-20 minutes. For the marinade: add sugar and vinegar to the water, mix and put the onion.
  3. Put the lettuce leaves on a plate ( you can tear them with your hands or leave the leaves intact). Put the marinated onion on top and squeeze it out of the excess liquid. Cut the meat into cubes. Pour over the dressing. Cut the tomato into slices or plates, put it on the meat, put the corn on top and pour the dressing over it.
  4. Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and arrange it randomly on top of the salad. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.)))
