  1. cut the onion into half rings, cut the carrots into thin strips, and fry until slightly golden brown. Cool down.
  2. Cut the beef into strips.
  3. To the meat, add the fried vegetables, garlic grated on a fine grater and cucumbers, also cut into strips. For the dressing, mix mayonnaise and mustard, if necessary, add salt. Let the salad cool in the refrigerator before serving.
