  1. Wash the rice, boil it in a convenient way, and cool it.
  2. Chop the onion and garlic. Combine the minced meat with the rice, knead, add the onion-garlic mixture, seasoning, salt, pepper, and mix.
  3. Prepare the filling: chop the onion and garlic separately. Chop the cheese.
  4. Cut peppers and eggplants into cubes.
  5. In vegetable oil, fry the onion for three minutes, add the eggplant and peppers, continue to fry, add salt. At the end, add the garlic. Prepare meat tortillas: divide the meat base into four parts, grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and form tortillas one centimeter thick. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  6. Mix the vegetable filling and put it on the meat tortillas, spread the cheese on top. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
