  1. To the minced meat, add salt (I have Svanskaya), pepper and garlic passed through the press. Grate the onion on a coarse grater. Add saffron and ginger. Knead the minced meat thoroughly.
  2. In a baking dish, put sour cream, a pinch of salt and a tomato, grated on a coarse grater. Pour in the water and stir the sauce. Form the meatballs and put them in the sauce. Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 190 * C.
