To the mince add salt (I have the Svan), pepper and garlic passed through the press. Grate the onion on a large grater. Add the saffron and ginger. Carefully knead the minced meat.
In a baking dish, put sour cream, a pinch of salt and tomato, grated on a large grater. Pour in the water and stir the sauce. Form the meatballs and put them in the sauce. Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 190*C.
