Instructions
  1. Pour gelatin into a bowl and add 50 ml of cold water, leave to swell for 30 minutes.
  2. Pour milk into a saucepan, add sugar and heat. Strain half of the milk, and add the swollen gelatin to the remaining half and stir well. Pour 20-30 ml of milk into each glass, depending on how many layers you want to cook. The less milk, the more tender the jelly will turn out. Put the glasses of milk in the refrigerator to solidify.
  3. The remaining water (30 ml) should be boiled or, in other words, poured into a cup of instant coffee and add 2 tablespoons of boiling water, mix thoroughly, and then pour the coffee mixture into the remaining milk. Add the second part of the gelatin here, mix until smooth.
  4. When the mixture cools down, you can pour the second layer. Take the glasses out of the refrigerator, make sure that the first layer is well frozen, and pour the second one. When the coffee is brewed, pour the inscription “milk” into the glasses and so on to the top. You can rub any chocolate on top or replace it with coconut chips.
