My children do not eat millet porridge, but after trying the “pie” (that’s what they called it!), they were absolutely delighted! Millet resembles nuts, condensed milk gives sweetness, and berries – a unique taste!

  1. Boil the millet until half cooked for 7 minutes. Let the water drain.
  2. Add butter, then condensed milk.
  3. Stir, add currants.
  4. Put in greased molds with butter.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
  6. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Serve it on the table.
