Muffins “Panettone” Recipe
Panettone is an Italian Christmas cake, very similar to ours. But Panettone muffins are smaller versions of the famous cupcake, very tasty, airy, with lots of raisins and candied fruits.

  1. Remove the butter and eggs from the refrigerator in advance so that they become room temperature. Heat the milk a little (no higher than 40 °). Add yeast and a pinch of sugar, mix. Leave for 10-15 minutes until the “cap” appears.
  2. In a large bowl, sift the flour, add a pinch of salt and sugar.
  3. Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture while stirring the dough with a fork. Add 3 eggs and 3 yolks, softened butter. 3 proteins will not be needed in this recipe. Knead the dough.
  4. Add the chopped candied fruits and raisins. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave to come up for 1-1. 5 hours.
  5. Put the paper capsules in a cupcake mold and put a tablespoon of dough into each capsule, filling it into 3 parts. Spread the almond petals on top. In total, it turns out about 20-24 muffins. Leave to approach for another 20-30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool on the grill. Enjoy your meal!t
