Prepare a marinade of mayonnaise, soy sauce and spices for vegetables.
Wash and dry the mushrooms, mix with the marinade. Leave for an hour (as long as possible).
String the mushrooms on skewers (sharp corners are better-then the mushrooms will not break and turn over). Cook on coals for 10-15 minutes.
Ready-made mushrooms are a great appetizer both hot and cold.
And if you add to them leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes, mini mozzarella balls, parsley leaves and pour olive oil-it turns out beautiful and very delicious!
