Norwegian Salad with Salmon on Bread Recipe
The most delicious salad, I tell you! Savory, sweet-sour-slightly salty, with a subtle taste of smoked meat-a rich taste!!! Served on slices of wholegrain bread.

  1. I made half a serving – it turned out 4 pcs. Cut the salmon into 1×1 cm cubes.
  2. Cut the gherkins and onions into small cubes.
  3. For the dressing, mix the ketchup, vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, cloves and bay leaf.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salmon, onion and gherkins and mix. Close and put in the refrigerator for a day.
  5. We cut the bread. We take out the salad.
  6. Spread the salad on the bread, decorate and serve.
