Put the butter at room temperature and sugar in a bowl.
Mix, beat in the egg. Rub it again.
Mix the flour with starch, baking powder and spices. In the original, there is only cardamom, I decided to add a little and other spices.
Add the flour in batches.
Knead the dough and distribute it in a form with parchment. Make the sides. Prick the bottom with a fork.
Scatter the lingonberries on the bottom.
To fill in the sour cream, add eggs and sugar.
Beat with a whisk.
Pour the filling on the berries.
A few berries are scattered for beauty on top.
Put it in a preheated 180* oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, turn off. I leave it to cool in the oven. The middle is still very tender, swaying.
The cake will settle after cooling.
The filling has thickened, has become homogeneous.
Now the pie is easy to cut into portions. The most delicate filling with sourness of berries on a short dough is delicious!Puolukkapiirakka is the name of this pie in Finnish. Finnish cuisine often uses berry additives even in meat dishes. Everyone knows, for example, meatballs from IKEA with lingonberry sauce. And even in baking in combination with crumbly butter dough in a gentle filling-it's superbly delicious!
