I offer you a stunning salad of warm potatoes and red fish. As a child, I thought that the best warm salad is boiled potatoes and fragrant sunflower oil.

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins. If not possible, boil fresh potatoes, peel and boil in salted water until tender.
