Add honey and melted butter. Stir. Add spices and baking powder.
Sift the flour over the top and beat with a mixer until smooth.
Add the cranberries, mix well.
Pour the dough into a greased and lightly sprinkled with semolina form. Bake in a preheated 150*C oven for about 40-50 minutes or until dry. I must say that after 40 minutes my cake was ABSOLUTELY raw. And after 50 minutes, it was raw. In total, it was baked for 1 hour and 20 minutes until ready. But maybe it's a feature of my oven.
