  1. Pour the grits, salt, sugar, butter into the milk and cook until tender.
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the whites to stable peaks.
  3. Whisk the slightly cooled porridge with the yolks.
  4. Add the egg whites and mix gently.
  5. Pour into molds (cups) and bake at a temperature of 170 * 15-20 minutes.
