  1. In milk, pour the cereal, salt, sugar, butter and cook until tender.
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Whites beat until stable peaks.
  3. Whisk slightly cooled porridge with yolks.
  4. Add eggs whites, mix gently.
  5. Pour into molds (cups) and bake at 170*with 15-20 minutes.
