Instructions
Hearts are boiling. Trim the vessels.
Diced cucumbers and boiled eggs,
potato.
Cut the hearts into rings and add to the usual ingredients.
Add the greens and
corn.
Pour in the kvass and mix the okroshka. Add salt and pepper to taste.
