Okroshka with Crayfish Recipe
Very light and refreshing okroshka. No potatoes or sausages. In addition, the combination of boiled fish, tarragon and sharp kvass, in my opinion, is simply amazing. Not the last role to play in this dish, sweet crayfish.

  1. Boiled fish cut into cubes or disassemble on fibers. Clear boiled crayfish.
  2. Cucumbers cut into cubes.
  3. Finely chop the green onions, dill and tarragon.
  4. Mix all products and pour the white kvass. Salt and pepper to taste.
