  1. Pork and chicken breast cut into pieces. Fry in a deep frying pan on half of the heated olive oil until golden brown, add seafood. A little salt. Fry for another 3 minutes. Put it in another bowl.
  2. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion, garlic and bell pepper. Fry until the onion becomes transparent. Pepper, of course, is better to take red – it will be more beautiful in the end, but unfortunately, I only had green in 2 nearby stores! However, it does not affect the taste in any way! Only on the aesthetic component!
  3. Add rice, green peas and spices to the fried vegetables. A little salt. Pour in the broth. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes Paella broth should be delicious! Stew this broth, which should then make a soup!
  4. Add meat with seafood to the rice and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the paella hot! You can sprinkle with herbs. Enjoy your meal!!!
