Strawberries fried:

Instructions
Add salt, sugar, eggs and 1/2 cup of milk to the flour. Knead the dough.
Pour in 1 cup of boiling milk, knead until smooth. Pour in the vegetable oil and mix again.
Bake thin pancakes, 10 pieces of 26 cm each..
At the same time, fry the strawberries. Wash, dry and cut in half, if large – into 4-6 parts. Put the butter in a frying pan, melt, add strawberries.
Fry for a couple of minutes on high heat. Add sugar, stir and remove from heat.
Put the strawberries in a bowl.
Serve with hot pancakes.
