  1. Boil the rice in salted water with the addition of 2 bay leaves. Remove the sachets from the water and leave to cool.
  2. In a saucepan, mix 0.5 liters of milk, eggs, flour, sugar and salt. Whisk well.
  3. Add the remaining milk. Beat well again. Continuing to beat, pour in the melted butter and vegetable oil.
  4. Before baking the first pancake, brush the hot pan with vegetable oil a little.
  5. Fry the minced meat in a small amount of vegetable oil. Salt and pepper.
  6. Add boiled rice. Mix well. Stuff the pancakes and serve to the table.
  7. Ready!
