They are constantly chewing something, trying, crunching… So we will take care of a snack in advance, prepare hearty, delicious pancakes with fried Turkey and vegetables, with herbs and slices of mushrooms.   1. To prepare the products. Wash and dry the vegetables, herbs, and mushrooms. Knead the dough by mixing milk, flour, eggs, and salt.
  2. Fry in vegetable oil finely chopped onion with minced meat, add pepper, salt and bring to readiness, medium heat, 5-7 minutes.
  3. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and chop the greens.
  4. Add the herbs to the filling and mix.
  5. A well-heated frying pan, 28 cm. grease with vegetable oil and pour a ladle of dough, spread out 1.5 tbsp. fillings and slices of mushrooms. P.S.: in order to make sure that the taste of pancakes/pancakes/pancakes suits you, bake a small test, because you can still adjust the dough.
  6. Pour 1 tablespoon of dough over the filling, bake for 1-2 minutes.
