This is the American version of the French dish Parfait — (fr. parfait — perfect, beautiful) – cold dessert. It can be prepared with the addition of any berries. I suggest you try peach paraffin.

Ingredients

Oat flakes

Milk

Peach

Brown sugar

Cinnamon

milliliters
Yogurt
Instructions
Cut the peach into small cubes, add sugar and cinnamon and mix well.
Close the lid and leave for a while.
In a small saucepan, bring the milk to a boil, add the oatmeal and cook, stirring, until tender. Approximately 1-3 minutes.
Let it cool down.
In a tall glass, first put oatmeal, then peaches and yogurt on top. The top can be decorated with peaches or cinnamon if desired. Enjoy your meal!!
