This is the American version of the French dish Parfait — (fr. parfait — perfect, beautiful) – cold dessert. It can be prepared with the addition of any berries. I suggest you try peach paraffin.

  1. Cut the peach into small cubes, add sugar and cinnamon and mix well.
  2. Close the lid and leave for a while.
  3. In a small saucepan, bring the milk to a boil, add the oatmeal and cook, stirring, until tender. Approximately 1-3 minutes.
  4. Let it cool down.
  5. In a tall glass, first put oatmeal, then peaches and yogurt on top. The top can be decorated with peaches or cinnamon if desired. Enjoy your meal!!
