Parfait Recipe
This is an American version of the French dish Parfait – (FR. parfait — a perfect, beautiful) — cold dessert. It can be prepared with the addition of any berries. I suggest you try the peach paraffin.

  1. Peach cut into small cubes, add sugar and cinnamon and mix well.
  2. Close the lid and leave for a while.
  3. In a small saucepan bring milk to a boil, add oatmeal and cook stirring until tender. About 1-3 minutes.
  4. Let cool.
  5. In a tall glass first put oat flakes, then peaches and yogurt on top. On top you can decorate as desired peaches or cinnamon. Bon appetit!!
