Pasta with Squid and Carrot in Korean Recipe

  1. Onion and bell pepper cut into strips.
  2. Cut the squid carcasses (I had the squid frozen and peeled).
  3. Cook the pasta.
  4. In a deep frying pan in vegetable oil, lightly fry the onion, pepper and carrot in Korean. There is no need to add salt and spices, because carrots will “share” their bright taste with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Add the chopped squid carcasses, fry, stirring, for 3-4 minutes (if the squid has been pre–cooked, reduce the baking time). Add the spaghetti, stir and serve!
  6. A quick, elegant, delicious dinner is ready!
