  1. Here are the products we need. My beans are cooked.
  2. If you are the owner of dry peppers, then this dried pepper is poured with hot water, soaked for 15-20 minutes, and then it can already be stuffed. If the bell pepper, then carefully cut off the caps from it and peel off the seeds. Take a saucepan with a little cold water. We warm it up and throw the peppers – let it flash for about five minutes when the water boils. Pour hot water over the peppers and remove the skin, which means that the blanching stage has already been passed.
  3. Finely chop the onion, heat the oil and fry it until golden brown.
  4. Then add the beans and fry everything together. Add spicy, sweet paprika and mint. Add salt to taste.
  5. When everything is fried, add half a clove of finely chopped garlic.
  6. Chop tomatoes from a jar, or you can take tomato juice or diluted tomato paste. Pour the juice into a baking dish, add the remaining garlic, parsley to taste and salt.
  7. Fill the peppers with the filling and put them in a mold. If the filling does not fit, then just pour it into the juice. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 35 minutes
