Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Leave the olives whole, but you can also cut them into rings. Cut the tomatoes into 2-3 pieces.
Prepare the marinade!
Mix olive oil with garlic, vinegar, black pepper, chili pepper, rosemary needles and dried tomatoes.
Add the cheese and olives to the marinade, mix well and let it stand in the refrigerator, under a closed lid all night! Of course, it’s good to mix it sometimes, but you don’t need to wake up on purpose!)))
You can put it in a jar and pour olive oil to keep it longer (a couple of days). I covered it with tomato oil and added fresh olive oil. Then the oil is used for salads. It turns out fragrant and very tasty
