Ingredients
Base:

Marinade:

Dry white wine

Instructions
In a bowl, pour the wine, add the vinegar and vegetable oil.
Add salt, sugar and ground black pepper. Beat until the salt and sugar are dissolved. Be sure to try the marinade and adjust the taste if necessary.
Wash the Basil and parsley, dry and chop. Add the herbs to the marinade and mix.
Cut the cheese into thin slices.
Put it in a wide dish (preferably in a container) in one layer.
Pour over the prepared marinade. Cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator for a few hours (from 2 to 4).
Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into thin slices. When serving, lay out slices of cheese, alternating them with tomatoes.
