  1. Wash the mushrooms, pour boiling water, add 0.5 teaspoons of salt and put on fire. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes. Drain in a colander.
  2. Mix mustard and honey.
  3. Add the crushed garlic and vegetable oil and mix.
  4. Add lemon juice and spices and salt.
  5. Pour the marinade over the mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate in a glass container or jar for 5 hours.
  6. Serve marinated mushrooms with herbs to potatoes in uniform.
