Instructions
Prepare the products. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil and cool slightly. I fried the mushrooms beforehand. Boil the potatoes and let them cool.
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Finely chop the greens.
For a hot appetizer, I’ll use an assortment of processed cheese. I will need 3 pieces. Put the potatoes, mushrooms, cheese and herbs in a deep bowl.
Add cream, salt and ground black pepper to the cup. Mix the mass well.
Cut the pita bread into rectangles.
Pita bread sheets are placed in a baking dish for portion cupcakes. These are the baskets you get.
Fill the baskets with the prepared filling.
We send the baskets to the preheated oven. Bake for 15-17 minutes at 180 degrees, focusing on your oven.
