  1. The number of ingredients is calculated for 2 pizzas with a diameter of 28-30 cm. Pre-defrost the puff pastry and roll it out as thinly as possible. If necessary, cover the baking dish with foil or parchment, cover with dough on top, so that the edges hang down a little.
  2. Wash the zucchini, peel it, and cut it into small circles. Spread out in the form.
  3. Wash the pepper, peel the seeds, cut into circles and spread on top of the zucchini.
  4. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into small circles and spread them on top of the pepper.
  5. I used ready-made schnitzel, cut the schnitzel into pieces.
  6. Spread out in the form, slightly flattening them.
  7. Then cut the mozzarella into slices and spread out.
  8. Beat eggs with salt with a mixer (leave one yolk for greasing).
  9. Fill the pizza with egg mass. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater on top.
  10. Randomly wrap the edges of the pizza. Top the dough with egg yolk. Cook in the oven, preheated to 180 gr., 30-35 min., until Golden.
  11. Pizza is ready.
  12. You can wrap it in foil and take it with you on a picnic.
