Wateradd water a little at a time , stirring well each time, to make a smooth, thick, but flowing glaze
Instructions
Wash the plum, remove the stone and cut into pieces. Mix 3 tablespoons of sugar with the cinnamon. Sprinkle the plum with 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon and mix. Set aside.
Sift flour with baking powder. Beat soft butter with sugar and vanilla.
Continuing to beat one at a time, add the eggs.
Add the flour in two rounds and bring the mixture to a smooth finish. The dough will be thick.
Form ( I have 23 x 12 cm ) lined with parchment. Add half of the dough and smooth it out. Spread half of the plum evenly on top and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Put the second half of the dough on the plum, smooth it out, and again the remains of the plum. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon.
Bake in a preheated 150*C (300*F) oven for 1 hour – 1 hour and 10 minutes.
When the cupcake is completely cold, I poured icing sugar on it, but this is optional, it is quite possible to leave it without icing.
