In a dough container, mix the butter at room temperature, sugar and two yolks.
Then add the sifted flour and knead the dough.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and grease the sides with oil so that it is easier to take out the cake later. Spread the dough evenly over the bottom of the mold and make the sides three fingers high.
Peel the plums and cut them into 4 pieces. Align their lower sharp edges so that the cream protrudes slightly from the filling.
Mix grated cheese, egg whites, starch and condensed milk. Mix all this with a mixer or blender and pour the plum filling.
Put the pie in a preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at t 200 C.
