Instructions
Boil potatoes in a uniform, cool, cut into halves, remove the core (carefully with a small knife)
The greens and sausage, finely chop, cheese grate on a grater. Combine the greens, sausage, and potato entrails in a bowl, add salt, egg, and mix.
Put the filling in our potato “boats”, transfer to a greased form and send it to the oven pre-heated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes, we take out our boats and sprinkle them with cheese and put them in the oven for another 10 minutes.
