Instructions
Prepare the products. Peel the potatoes. Put it in a saucepan, add water and 1 teaspoon salt. Cook until tender.
Then we drain the water. In a saucepan, add butter and 100 ml of warm milk. Make mashed potatoes using a potato masher.
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
In a preheated frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Spread the chopped chicken fillet.
Fry for 8-10 minutes.
Cut the onion. I’ll use mustard to make the casserole.
To the fried chicken fillet, add the onion, mustard, salt and the remaining milk. Mix it up.
Spread the chicken meat in the sauce in the baking dish.
Spread mashed potatoes on top of the meat.
Can use a pastry bag with a nozzle. It will be beautiful.
Place the molds in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Then remove the casserole forms from the oven.
Grate the cheese.
Sprinkle the casserole in the molds with grated cheese and return to the oven. Bake for another 10 minutes.
After the specified time, we remove the forms with the casserole from the oven. That’s the beauty of it.
