Potato Casserole with Minced Meat and Mushroom Caviar Recipe
Such a dish is read on the Internet, but when I started to cook, went improvisation.. it turned out so delicious that I could not share. On the website there are similar, but my casserole is different. I often make pancakes, steak, hash Browns with meat, etc., but this dish done for the first time.

Minced (I have home) salt, pepper, fry until almost ready. Spread the third layer. On the stuffing spread again potato dough.
Cheese RUB on a fine grater, squeeze through the press garlic, add the grated boiled eggs, mix with mayonnaise (sour cream, yogurt - what is more to taste).
Put the top layer of cheese and egg. You can, of course, make another potato layer, but I have a casserole then would fall through the edges.
