Potato Casserole with Fish Recipe
Not everyone can eat fried fish. And I want fish… Prepare my recipe! Very tender and flavorful casserole! You can use frozen fish fillets. Come on in, let’s get started.

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and boil in salted water until tender. Drain the water. Prepare the puree by adding butter and warmed milk. Leave in a warm place.
  2. Lightly defrost the cod fillet, leaving it on the table for 10-15 minutes. Cut into pieces.
  3. Grease the baking dish with sunflower oil. Turn on the oven for 180g. Spread the fillets. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the onion into rings. Spread on the fillet.
  5. Cut the cherry tomatoes into rings. Spread on the onion.
  6. Cut the bacon into pieces. Spread on the tomatoes.
  7. Pour over the soy sauce. Cover with foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180g for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. What a fragrance!
  8. Put the mashed potatoes on the hot fish. Flatten and bake in the oven at 80g for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
