  1. Let’s prepare products for the roll.
  2. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater.

  4. Fry the onion until transparent.

  6. Separate the yolks from the whites. Add the yolks to the potatoes, add salt and pepper. Add nutmeg to the potatoes.
  7. Stir the potato mixture and add flour.
  8. Beat the proteins until strong peaks.
  9. Add to the potato mass.
  10. Gently mix the proteins into the dough.
  11. Spread the oiled paper on a baking sheet, pour out the dough and flatten. Sprinkle with herbs on top. I have frozen chopped dill. Bake the potato mass at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
