Tuna (in oil, canned)

Mustard

tablespoon
Mayonnaise

Salt
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in a uniform. Peel and slice randomly.
Place the potatoes on a large plate.
Put the chopped cherry tomatoes and olives on top of the potatoes.
In a separate bowl, mash the tuna with a fork. Do not drain the oil. Put it on top of the salad.
Wash the parsley, dry and finely chop. Put it on top of the tuna.
Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters. Sprinkle with parsley.
In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the salad, mix gently and serve immediately.
